Robin Cote, President of Blanchard Homes, Inc., is a licensed general contractor and currently specializes in building new construction residential homes in both Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Blanchard Homes, Inc. was established in 1998 and is a family business that takes immense pride in building high quality custom homes in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Robin grew up in the building business as her father was a successful general contractor for close to 30 years. He was always a mentor to Robin and she shared his passion for building and designing homes.
One thing that sets Robin apart from other contractors is that she cares greatly about the fine details involved in building a quality home. Many of the subcontractors hired have done work for Blanchard Homes, Inc. since its inception in 1998 and have an understanding of the high standards Blanchard Homes, Inc. continues to demand.
